    Philosophy

A good written score will not get you promoted but a bad one will definitely stop you from getting promoted.

Ignite promotional coaching has developed a written test program to fortify your knowledge of the required reading material. Attending a lecture by smart fire officers will not help you answer a multiple-choice question without the knowledge of the material in advance. If you think you can not read the required material and score well, you are only kidding yourself. The only way to score well is to read and answer questions. We provide our students with at least 325 questions, mostly scenario dependent, along with the answers. We also provide you with the book and page numbers of all correct responses so you can go back and read the correct answer. We have also found our students not only retain the correct answer but also the concept of the incorrect responses furthering their test taking abilities. For example: if a student misses a question about type 3 construction and goes back over and rereads that section, they will also pick up fire spread and collapse hazards for that type. If a student misses a question on convection and goes back and reads he will commit to memory, not only convection, but conduction and radiation. This proven concept has not only produced top scores in perspective cities but top scores in the state.
