The Small Group Orientation and Development course is formatted to give you a strong understanding of the entire testing process.
The class is limited to 8 students per session. This enables each candidate to receive personal attention, ask questions and greatly
improve their test taking abilities in just 2 days.

YOU WILL HAVE A FEW WEEKS TO PREPARE AND DEVELOP YOUR RESPONSES TO THE DIFFERENT QUESTIONS TYPES THAT YOU WILL SEE ON TEST DAY.
Day 2
- There will be a question and answer session to start our day
- We will break into smaller groups and start test simulations
- We will put you in the hot seat all day (it’s the best way to learn)
- We WILL improve your oral communication, strategies and tactics and you ability to understand
what they want from you and give a detailed response.
- We will identify your weaknesses and help you to develop a plan for improvement.
- Students who take this small group course will be able to sign up for test day simulations.
Disclaimer: This course isn’t designed to give you the responses, this course is meant to help you develop your own standard responses and add scenario information. There is a few week break between classes so students can develop and prepare their responses. The second class will help you with preparation and verbalizing your responses. This 2 class program has been proven to be a great way to increase your civil service exam score.
